1. Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: delivery may take longer depending on courier service.

3. Shipping charges

  • Flat shipping rate: PKR 200 per order.
  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 2500 (if applicable).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply separately.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking number via SMS/email to monitor shipment status.

5. Delivery issues

  • If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Please ensure correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout.

6. International shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International delivery is not available at this time.
