Tokrri is an online retailer of men’s and women’s undergarments. Our website (the “Site”) enables you (“you”, “customer”, “user”) to browse and purchase products.

3. Products, pricing & availability
- Product colors/sizing may vary slightly due to photography, device displays, or manufacturing tolerances.
- Prices are in PKR and may change without notice. Typographical/pricing errors may be corrected at any time.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed. We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.

4. Orders & acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance.
- We accept your order when we dispatch the product(s). We may cancel and refund orders for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, listing errors, or product unavailability.
- We may request additional verification before accepting an order.
5. Payments
- We accept digital payments via our payment partner(s) and may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders/regions (if enabled).
- Online payments will be processed securely by partner’s gateway (e.g., PayFast). We will not store full card details on our servers.
6. Shipping & delivery

- We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
7. Returns & refunds (summary)
- For hygiene reasons, underwear/panties/briefs are generally non-returnable unless faulty or wrongly delivered. Bras/camisoles may be returnable if unworn with all hygiene seals, tags, and original packaging intact—see our full Return & Refund Policy.
- Return window: typically [7/14] days from delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
8. Reviews & user content
- By posting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them for marketing or operational purposes.
- Do not post unlawful, obscene, infringing, or misleading content.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, logos, videos, UI) is owned by or licensed to Tokrri and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

- To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
